This week I am featured on the Chronicle of Higher Ed’s How I Get By series. I kvetch about adjunct life and my hellish commute in Los Angeles. And yet today in New York City, as I was pelted by freezing rain, I was thinking that LA really wasn’t so bad.

Regardless I thought it would be a good time to remind everybody about my novellas. Adjunctivitis is a “laugh-out-loud funny” story of an adjunct in LA (of course it’s not in the least bit autobiographical). And False Economies is the story of a young American chasing a girl way out of his league in Thatcher’s London (not the least bit autobiographical either).

I have to add that I had a great experience working with Amazon. Their editors actually edited (and copyedited!), which is astonishing these days, and their cover designers did a stellar job.
